DAPUR KRATON a new concept of simple artificial food culture with an exquisite taste of the great original Javanese cuisine. The old Javanese people had various standards in the language, from “Ngoko, Madya to Krama” so they had also different kind of culture in their food preperation. Food for the working class is always more simple prepared as the food for the upper class up to the royal class one, where the use of spices and ingrediances is more enhenced and within nuances of different tasts.

DAPUR KRATON believe that nowadays this burden of classes has mostly disappeared, as also the flavor has changed due less time for preperation and the daily busy activities.

That is why we have decided to make an old style javanese restaurant, a bit of a moderate modern design but with original Javanese receipes of the old high class standards

DAPUR KRATON shows simplicity with a touch of warm and contentment feeling of an unique architecture with the greatest possible comfort to our visitors like in the unique old Javaneses days.

DAPUR KRATON will fit for around 50 guests at a time which can be seated on sofa arrangements as well on superb wooden tables and fine handycrafted chairs.
